“ We happened to be in Cypress and we were looking for a good Japanese restaurant to eat at. Went to one and we're not happy then found this one and we're pleasantly surprised. There was no wait and not many people so we were wondering if it was going to be good. However, it was amazing! This was a little gem in cypress. The sushi was delicious. We ordered one steak hibachi, crispy rice, and a sushi roll. The quality was great and we were very happy with the food overall. If you live in the area, it's definitely a place to check out! ”

“ I came here for the first time for lunch. A nice local sushi place with plenty of parking and spacious inside. The place was clean and decor was typical local sushi place. The service was as expected. I ordered a typical combo from the lunch menu. The food was fresh and delicious, and the price was very reasonable. “ The sushi was delicious, the place was nice, and the music wasn’t too loud, which was great—I don’t like having to talk over the music. There was plenty of fish and little rice, which was a pleasant surprise, and the fish itself was good. The service was good, but the waiter was a bit confusing. Everything was fine, but some of our requests were not considered. And in the middle of our meal, he brought us the check even though we hadn’t asked for it and weren’t planning to leave. Of course, we didn’t take the check and stayed as long as we wanted. But that moment felt awkward—it seemed like they were trying to rush us out, even though the restaurant was nearly empty, with only a couple of occupied tables. That was strange. Other than that, we were happy with the place. ”
